TEMPORARY VISITORS VISA
Temporary Visitors Visa (stay not exceeding 59 days) for Individuals
1. 9(A) BUSINESS/PLEASURE VISA
Requirements:
- Passport and travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Two (2) copies of duly accomplished visa application forms with two (2) photographs;
- Proof of financial capacity through any one of the following documents for single entry visa applications, or any two of the following documents for multiple entry visa application:
- employment certificate/introduction from work unit bearing company letterhead, authorized signature and chop. Please type in English or attach an English translation;
- certificate of property ownership with its English translation;
- written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency;
- certificate of bank deposit; and
- written guarantee executed by a Filipino citizen or reputable Philippine company
- Confirmed return/onward passage ticket and its photocopy; and
- Visa fee of RMB250 per applicant

For visa applications, please pay exact amount;
RMB250 for single entry;
RMB500 for 3 months multiple entry;
RMB1000 for 6 months multiple entry;
Additional fee of RMB250 for overtime. - For children under 15 years of age, unaccompanied or not joining a parent, an affidavit of request and consent executed by the parent

Note:
For individual applications, personal appearance is required if the passport is issued in areas outside the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing (i.e. outside of Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet).
For transiting visitors (stay not exceeding 72 hours)
2. 9 (B) TRANSIT VISA
Requirements:
- Two (2) copies of duly accomplished visa application forms with two (2) photographs;
- Chinese passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Plane ticket with confirmed booking to the next country of destination and a valid visa to that country if one is required;
- Introduction letter from the Chinese work unit;
- Visa fee of RMB200.
- To be processed through an RP travel agent accredited with the Philippine Embassy.
3. 9 (C ) SEAMAN/CREW MEMBER VISA
Requirements:
- Passport and travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Completed application form with photograph;
- Confirmed return/onward ticket;
- Proof of financial capacity through any one of the following documents:
- Introduction Letter from Employer;
- Certificate of Bank Deposit;
- Certificate of property ownership;
- Guarantee Letter from PRC travel agent;
- Guarantee Letter from RP resident/company
- Visa fee of 200 RMB.
